How Long Are Your Sessions?
Each training session is 45 minutes in length which makes them easy to squeeze into busy schedules.
If I am out of shape can I still do the program?
Yes, we have customizations for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to fit your fitness level.
Do I Have To Be A Mom To Do This Program?
Absolutely not. This program is "mom inspired" but anyone is welcome to participate in this program and compete for the grand prize :)
